The 'HaloRC LP-E6 SSD' is designed to be the lightest and most compact option for externally recording footage with compatable cameras.
Designed primarily for the Blackmagic Micro Studio G2, the LP-E6 SSD securely holds a high speed M.2 SSD drive capable of recording at the highest possible settings that the Micro Studio G2 can throw at it.
The backpack also provides a clean and easy way to route power to a DC connector used to power the camera. There is no onboard BEC provided, so you will need to use a suitable power source and voltage for your camera.
You attach the HaloRC LP-E6 SSD Backpack just like a regular LP-E6 battery. Just clip it into the battery bay on the back of the camera.
The SSD drive is connected to the camera using a high speed USB-C rubber cable, which is the perfect legth. These drives are fast enough to be used on a Pocket 6K at almost every possible setting.
The DC power connector is provided pre-cut to the perfect length for connecting to the Micro Studio G2. While the XT30 can be used to supply power from any source (conversion cables may be required).
